Research on the storage-extraction integrated system of thermal energy in deep mines
To solve the problem of thermal pollution during deep coal mining in China,we put forward an integrated system of thermal energy access in deep mine, and analyzed the connotation and technical framework of the system, introduced the cooperative operation process of the system, including the heat extraction system, the ground heat exchange system, the heat storage system and the grouting system. In the system,a horizontal hole is drilled in the surrounding rock of the roadway and heat exchangers are arranged to extract the geothermal energy of the surrounding rock, which are converted and transported by the underground heat pump unit.Part of the thermal energy is used in the ground heating system, and the abundant thermal energy is stored in the thermal storage system to meet the working face cooling demand. The key technologies such as efficient extraction of thermal energy from surrounding rock, heat storage by filling underground space, stability control of integrated system, prevention and control of pollutants and safety guarantee were described,a model of"Co-construction,co-storage and co-sharing"of thermal energy in surface underground space was proposed.Aiming at the optimal management of system operation, the coordination degree of optimal mining technology and operation strategy was considered with the dual objective of heat demand and cold demand. It is put forward that when the air flow temperature of the working face is reduced to 26℃,the heat collected from the rock stratum is the sum of the heat supply from the ground and the heat storage in the goaf.
