摘要

工作帮坡角大小直接影响剥离量和生产剥采比的大小,增大工作帮坡角可以减少超前剥离量,降低生产剥采比,节省运距,降低生产成本.但在提高工作帮坡角的同时,需要注意露天矿"二量",保证露天矿能够持续稳定地生产.以红沙泉露天煤矿为工程背景,研究工作帮坡角与超前剥离量、生产剥采比的变化关系,并结合现场生产实际条件,提出实现工作帮陡帮开采方案.结果表明:工作帮坡角每增加2°,减少超前剥离量 4.84 Mm3,生产剥采比降低 0.22 m3/t;确定将剥离台阶两两组合时,工作帮坡角提高至 12°,生产剥采比可降低至 2.7 m3/t,同时保证露天矿"二量"要求.

Abstract

The working slope angle directly affects the stripping amount and production stripping ratio.Increasing the working slope angle can reduce the advance stripping amount,reduce production stripping ratio,save transportation distance and reduce production cost.However,while improving the working slope angle,it is necessary to pay attention to the"two quantities"of the open pit to ensure the continuous and stable production of the open pit.We took Hongshaquan Open-pit Coal Mine as the engineering background to study the relationship between the working slope angle and the changes in advance stripping amount and production stripping ratio.Combining with the actual production conditions on site,the scheme of realizing steep slope mining of working slope was put forward.The results show that when the working slope angle increases by 2°,the advance stripping amount is 4.84 Mm3 lower,and the production stripping ratio is 0.22 m3/t smaller;when the stripping step is combined in pairs,the working slope angle increases to 12°,the production stripping ratio declines to 2.7 m3/t,and the"two quantities"of the open pit is guaranteed.
