深部矿井新型局部制冷设备设计及应用

随着我国矿井开采深度日益增加,井下高温热害成为制约煤矿开采的主要因素.作为集中式制冷的补充方式,局部制冷可有效消除井下高温热害.文章针对平煤十矿高温掘进面的高温热害问题,重点研究了由闭式乏风冷却塔、多级串联直膨组合柜、大压比防爆半封闭螺杆压缩机等装备组成的制冷装备,介绍了该装备的设计方案以及工程实际应用效果.结果表明:闭式乏风冷却塔方案可提升矿井综合能效水平;新型矿井局部制冷系统可适用于高压比矿井工况,运行冷凝温度最高至80℃;直膨组合柜采用多级串联降温冷却,实现掘进面温降10℃,相对湿度下降30%.
Design and application of a new type local refrigeration equipment for deep mine
With the increasing mining depth of coal mines,the underground thermal pollution of deep mines has become a major factor restricting coal mining.Local cooling,as a supplement to centralized cooling,can effectively eliminate the thermal pollution.In view of the underground thermal pollution in the high-temperature excavation face of a coal mine,we analyzed the design scheme and practical application effect of the project composed of closed-type exhaust air cooling tower,multi-stage serial direct expansion combined cabinet,explosion-proof semi-hermetic screw compressor with large pressure ratio and so on.The results show that the closed-type exhaust air cooling tower scheme can improve the comprehensive energy efficiency level of the mine,the new type mine local cooling system can be applied to the working conditions of high-pressure ratio mines,and the operating condensation temperature can reach up to 80℃,and the direct expansion combined cabinet adopts multi-stage serial direct expansion combined cabinet to achieve a temperature drop of 10℃and a relative humidity drop of 30%.
