为了实现对煤矿井下电气设备电能质量的实时监视、测量与分析以及综合评估,文章提出了一种基于电流电压感测系统的隔爆兼本安型煤矿井下电能质量监测系统,开发了隔离式电流/电压感测单元、高精度ADC单元和系统控制硬件系统,并进行了电气防爆设计,同时构建了矿用电能质量在线监测平台.研制的基于ICVM的煤矿井下电能质量在线监测系统进行了现场应用测试,可以实现对煤矿井下 10、6、3.3 kV矿用移动变电站谐波电压、电流以及功率等电参数的在线监测,并生成监测数据统计图形和统计曲线,准确反映煤矿井下电网运行水平,给管理者投资决策提供依据.
Research and application of power quality on-line monitoring system for underground coal mine based on ICVM
In order to realize the real-time monitoring,measurement,analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the power quality of underground electrical equipment in coal mine,an explosion-proof underground power quality monitoring system was proposed based on current and voltage sensing system,the isolated current/voltage sensing unit,high-precision ADC unit and system control hardware system were developed,the electrical explosion-proof design was carried out,and the on-line monitoring platform of mine power quality was constructed.According to field test result in underground 10 kV,6 kV,3.3 kV mining mobile substation,this monitoring system can effectively monitor harmonic voltage,current and power on-line,and generate monitoring data statistical graphics and statistical curves,accurately reflect the operation level of coal mine underground power grid and provide basis for managers'investment decision-making.
