高瓦斯中硬煤层超高压水力割缝卸压增透技术及应用

为了提高高瓦斯中硬煤层卸压增透及瓦斯抽采效果,研究了顺层长钻孔超高压水力割缝技术,分析了其卸压增透机理,开展了超高压水力割缝现场试验,确定了等效割缝半径和有效瓦斯抽采半径,考察了超高压水力割缝技术的应用效果.研究结果表明:超高压水力割缝技术具有切割速度快、切割半径大等特点,相当于在钻孔周围煤体开采极薄保护层,平均单刀割缝时间 9 min,单刀出煤量0.32~0.42 t,等效割缝半径为 1.55~1.78 m;超高压水力割缝组单孔平均抽采浓度76.5%,单孔平均抽采纯量为0.089 m3/min,分别是普通钻孔的 4.58 倍和 4.05 倍,是水力冲孔的1.2 倍和1.43 倍,可见该技术可以大幅度提高卸压增透及瓦斯抽采效果.
Ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology in high gassy medium-hard coal seam and its application
In order to improve the effect of pressure relief permeability enhancement and gas extraction in high gas medium hard coal seams,the ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting technology for long boreholes along the seam was studied,its pressure relief and permeability enhancement mechanism and equipment were analyzed,and field tests of ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting were conducted to determine the equivalent slotting radius and effective gas extraction radius,and the application effect of the technology was investigated.The research results show that:The technology has the characteristics of high cutting speed and large cutting radius,which is equivalent to mining extremely thin protective layers in the coal body around the borehole.The average single cutter slotting time is 9 minutes,the single cutter coal output is 0.32 to 0.42 tons,and the equivalent slotting radius is 1.55 to 1.78 meters;The average single hole extraction concentration of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting group is 76.5%,and the average single hole extraction net amount is 0.089 m3/min,which is 4.58 times and 4.05 times of that of the ordinary drilling hole,1.2 times and 1.43 times of that of the hydraulic punching hole,respectively.Using this technology can greatly improve the pressure relief permeability enhancement and gas extraction effects.
