Research and application of the key technology for advance shield support transportation/evacuation special vehicle in underground coal mine
In view of the problem of advance support transportation in fully mechanized mining at the present stage,combining with the slender and high structural characteristics of the advance shield support,a multi-function trackless rubber-tyred vehicle with stable body,convenient transportation,rich functions and low idle rate was developed.The ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to simulate the partial structure of the special vehicle frame.Combining with the theoretical analysis of mechanics,the simulation structure that meets the product requirements is obtained.The vehicle structure and working principle of the advanced shield support transportation/evacuation special vehicle were expounded,and the assembly process and operation process of the whole machine were introduced.Application of the vehicle significantly improved the efficiency and safety of mine operation,saved labor and reduced the cost of enterprises.At the same time,the special vehicle breaks through the traditional operation mode,with low self-weight,low center of gravity,stable operation,convenient loading and unloading,which has multi-functions and one specialty.Successful application of the vehicle has provided a good practical technology and theoretical support for the development of mine clean energy vehicles and the progress in automation and intelligence.
