Stereoscopic development and utilization mode of spatial resources after Longdong Coal Mine closure and exit
The development and utilization of spatial resources in closed mines is an important way and inevitable requirement to promote the transformation and development of old mining areas and the full life cycle development and utilization of coal mines. In order to further improve the efficiency of resource utilization in closed mines,we took Longdong Coal Mine as the background, analyzed the current situation of spatial resources in closed mines, and obtained nine characteristics of mine closure and exit.We also analyzed the shortcomings of the current utilization mode of closure and exit mines, including the single development mode manifested as"one mine one mode",and the imbalance of spatial development and utilization manifested as"local resource utilization".Focusing on the feasibility, methods and key points of the utilization,we proposed a development strategy of"overall planning, phased implementation, early start, and rolling development",and constructed a"one core, two wings, and multiple points"stereoscopic development and utilization mode of spatial resources in the closure and exit mine. The research results can provide reference for the research and practice of the development and utilization of spatial resources in closure and exit mines in China.
