Discussion on the design of routine-emergency combined civil air defense basement
Civil air defense engineering is an important guarantee for safeguarding public property. It is not only the foundation for protecting public property, but also an important means to promote social stability and ensure public health. In response to the supporting requirements for civil air defense engineering in the planning submission of new individual buildings in mining areas,we take a civil air defense project in mining areas as a case, through combing the design of underground civil air defense engineering,we analyze and discuss from the aspects of enclosure structure design, entrance and exit design, combination of routine and emergency design, fire protection design, etc.,and summarize the relevant experience in practical engineering. The unique feature of this project is that two protective units share a direct entrance to the outside, which not only meets fire safety requirements but also maximizes space utilization within a limited space. At the same time,it reduces the design of civil defense doors and unnecessary investment.
