Classification management system of rock burst prevention and control in coal roadway development face
To build up a rational graded management system for rock burst risk in excavation working face,we employ factor analysis to judge the influencing factors of rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face, and obtain the main risk sources of rock burst in excavation working face.On the basis of risk factors analysis, the risk verification method defines the use of two categoric indicators and seven specific indicators to comprehensively classify the risk of rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face. The two categoric indicators are the theoretical and technical indicators of rock burst prevention in coal roadway excavation face, and the personnel and management indicators of rock burst prevention in coal roadway excavation face, based on which, the specific indicators are proposed. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to calculate the weights of indicators, forming a risk classification system for rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face. The classification results are divided into five levels:"safe""relatively safe""moderate""relatively serious"and"serious".Based on different risk levels,a rational management system is proposed accordingly. Finally, the grading system is applied to the excavation face of Jinzhuang mine, which is initially rated as"relatively serious".With targeted prevention measures and solutions, the hazard level is improved to"relatively safe",which indicates that the grading management system is rational, and the research results provide a certain reference for the prevention and control of rock burst in excavation faces.
