直接法测定瓦斯含量过程中取样工艺选择与应用

为了准确掌握煤层瓦斯赋存规律,针对不同取样工艺对煤层瓦斯含量测定的影响,在百灵煤矿6、7 号煤层中开展对比考察试验,分析了顺层钻孔和穿层钻孔取样过程中的最佳取样方式,确保煤样采取的有效性,进一步提升瓦斯含量测定的可靠性。研究表明,顺层钻孔取样过程中,深孔定点取样方式明显优于风排渣孔口接煤粉的取样方式,瓦斯含量测定最大超差值为1。3387 m3/t,误差最高达23。47%,且风排渣孔口接煤粉的取样方式容易增大伤人事故发生的几率;穿层钻孔取样过程中,深孔定点取样方式优于风排渣孔口接煤粉的取样方式,瓦斯含量测定误差控制在10%以内;通过实验室煤样扫描分析,深孔定点取样方式能够较大程度上保证并筛选出有效的煤粉粒径,降低了瓦斯损失量。为了保证瓦斯治理的可靠性,顺层钻孔取样应采用深孔定点取样方式进行取样,穿层钻孔取样应充分考虑煤层厚度及煤粉粒径等问题,综合选取合适的取样方式。
Selection and application of sampling process for direct determination of gas content
To accurately grasp coal seam gas occurrence,in terms of gas content measurement results subject to different sampling methods,we carried out tests in the No.6 and No.7 coal seams of Bailing Coal Mine to analyze the best sampling methods during bedding drilling and cross-bedding drilling,so as to ensure the effectiveness of coal samples selection and further improve the reliability of gas content determination.In the sampling process of bedding drilling,deep hole fixed-point sampling method was obviously better than the method of coal powder sampling from air discharge hole.The gas content measurement error was controlled within 10%.Based on laboratory coal samples scanning analysis,deep hole fixed-point sampling method can ensure and screen effective coal particle sizes to the full extent,and reduce gas loss.In order to ensure the reliability of gas control,deep hole fixed-point sampling method will apply for the bedding borehole sampling,and a comprehensive sampling method will apply for cross bedding borehole sampling on the basis of coal seam thicknesses and coal power particle sizes.
