Experimental study on the regulation of radial and axial air flow of vortex dust control device
Regarding the distribution of radial and axial airflow in vortex dust control device,a method of regulating radial and axial air flow by monitoring fan frequency was proposed.A testing system consisting of a compressed fan, vortex dust control device, and testing pipelines was established in the laboratory. At the frequencies of 40 Hz,45 Hz,50 Hz for the compressed air fan and 30 Hz,35 Hz,40 Hz,45 Hz,50 Hz for the vortex fan,the radial and axial airflow distribution law was obtained through the cross-sectional dynamic pressure testing. The compressed air volume Qcompressed and axial air volume Qaxial showed a monotonic increase with the frequency f1 of the compressed air fan,and a monotonic decrease with the frequency f2 of the vortex fan.Based on the distribution law of radial and axial air flow,a first-order function and a second-order function air flow control model for 5f1-f2 and f1/f2 were established. Finally, according to the experimental verification, the calculated values of the model are basically consistent with the measured values, with a maximum absolute error of 7.2 m3/min.The accuracy of the control model is favorable.
