Intelligent inspection robot system of coal mine transportation system
Aiming at routine inspection and parameter determination in the complex environment of Tunbao Coal Mine,an intelligent inspection robot system for the coal mine transportation system is proposed.The control system consists of a robot body,base station,automatic charging device,track system,cleaning device,and ground workstation.The field test proves that the system can complete the intelligent inspection of modern equipment in coal mines accurately and efficiently,reduce the operating cost of coal mine enterprises,improve the production efficiency of enterprises,and ensure the safe operation of coal mines.
