Safety issues and the countermeasures of mine hoisting system
To ensure the safe and stable operation of the mine hoisting system,the safety issues in the mine hoisting system are analyzed and summarized in detail.The accidents prevention and control technologies for underground mine hoisting system are introduced,such as the vibration impact limiting,overwind,rope loosening control,mine car runaway control,rope failure control in deep well hoisting,eccentric loading prevention and locking of the trackless transportation of the large vertical shaft cage,and the anti-sliding accidents prevention and control in the friction type hoisting system;also,the cage stucking accidents in the vertical shaft hoisting system is analyzed.Aiming at the safety accidents related to the mine hoisting system,the dynamic characteristics of the various problems are analyzed.Finally,to address the safety issues of the hoisting system,corresponding modifications are proposed on the basis of national standards and specifications,and specific countermeasures are given.
