Rock burst control technology with ground drilling hydraulic fracturing for the thick and hard roof of Mengcun Mine
Aiming at the difficulties in rock burst control of Mengcun Coal Mine,a segmented hydraulic fracturing was implemented through constructing ground horizontal well in the 401 panel of Mengcun Coal Mine.Based on the induction mechanism of dynamic and static load superposition, the rockburst mechanism in the 401102 working face was analyzed.Taking into account the analysis results of key layer discrimination, overburden structure, physical and mechanical properties of key layers, occurrence characteristics, and energy release laws, the target layer for ground fracturing of the thick and hard roof of the 401102 working face was determined. The layout positions of two horizontal wells(MC-01L,MC-02L)were determined, and technical parameters such as the wellbore structure parameters, fracturing scheme, and fracturing parameter design of the horizontal wells were studied.By analyzing the monitoring data of the support in the fracturing and non-fracturing areas of the 421102 working face, the rockburst control and pressure relief effects of the fracturing technology were analyzed. The results showed that, when entering the ground fracturing area pressure on the support was low,the weighting had no obvious regularity, working resistance of the support was stable, and the roof did not produce strong dynamic loads, indicating the ground fracturing achieved favorable pressure relief effect on the target rock layer, which ensured the safe and efficient recovery of the 421102 working face.
