Reformation design of pipeline depressurization system for super-deep vertical shaft in Niaoshan Coal Mine
The depth of the super-deep vertical shaft in Niaoshan Coal Mine is over 900 meters, the static pressure reaches 9.0 MPa.The original design applies conventional pressure reducing valves in series to reduce pressure for underground fire fighting, sprinkler and water supply and rescue pipeline, setting a valve for every 100 m,which has brought frequent system failures in the production process. In order to solve the problem, reformation design of pipeline depressurization system is carried out.In response to the production situation of limited space and difficult maintenance of pipelines in the shaft,a deep shaft water supply depressurization renovation plan with underground pressure measurement and surface throttling control.Drawing on practical case analysis in domestic coal mines, based on the feedback signal of underground water point pressure, the electric throttle valve opening of the wellhead outlet pipe is controlled to ensure a balance between water supply and consumption, and the water level in the pipe is in a non full flow state, thus to lower the pressure level and cost of pipelines and valves.Since the commissioning and operation of the depressurization system in June 2021,the reliability and stability of the system have been enhanced, the failure rate has been reduced, and it has significant economic benefits and reference significance.
