集装箱式光电智能干法分选机喷吹系统优化研究

针对光电智能干选机在集装箱作业环境下经常出现喷嘴堵塞的问题,对喷吹系统结构进行优化,在保证喷嘴打击力的同时,使其能在集装箱密闭空间充斥大量粉尘、煤灰和煤泥的恶劣工作环境下正常运转。对比分析了直角型喷嘴和斜角型喷嘴两种喷吹系统优化结构,并对优化后的喷吹系统进行有限元仿真模拟及工业现场应用试验,结果表明:优化后的喷吹系统中斜角喷嘴产生的击打力区间更大、击打力更强、结构上更优,现场工业试验中分选效果良好,无堵塞现象。
Optimization of the injection system for photoelectric intelligent dry separator in container environment
Nozzle blockage often occurs in photoelectric intelligent dry separator in container working environment.In order to solve this problem,the injection system was optimized to ensure the impact force of the nozzle and make it work normally in harsh working environment of the separation container.Two optimized structures were compared,and the optimized injection system was simulated by finite element method and the industrial test was carried out.The results show that the impact force range generated by the oblique nozzle injection system in the optimized injection system is larger,the impact force is stronger,the structure is more reasonable,and the separation effect is better in the industrial test.
