Design and application of high-strength support structure for large section top coal roadway
To effectively control the surrounding rock deformation in large section top coal roadway of deep coal mines,π-shape support steel beams, arch support structures, and anchor cable beam support systems are designed and developed. The feasibility of high-strength support components is verified through numerical simulation, lab testing and engineering application. The results show that under vertical load, the deformation of π-shape steel is slightly greater than that of U29 shaped steel, but the deformation is within the allowable range of the engineering site.Under inclined loads,π-shape steel has strong deformation resistance. When the load is inclined at 10°,the deformation of π-shape steel beams generally remains stable, while the deformation of U29 increases by more than 230%.Under the same loading conditions, the deformation of the arch frame is positively correlated with the height and width of the arch frame.Vertical loads have the greatest impact on arch frame deformation, and the more evenly stress on frame, the smaller deformation on frame. The scalable performance of the four-section and five-section arches is much higher than that of three-section arches.Setting nodes at arch legs is more conducive to the overall compression of arches and provides better safety. The on-site application effect of high-strength support components is favorable and the feasibility is verified.
