煤炭企业孵化高新技术企业的高质量发展效应研究——以河南省正龙煤业有限公司为例

摘要
孵化高新技术企业是推动煤炭企业转型和实现煤炭企业高质量发展的重要途经.从创建研发平台、广泛合作解决困境、数字化和智能化转型、降低能耗促进可持续发展等方面,系统分析了河南省正龙煤业有限公司为孵化高新技术企业采取的行之有效的措施.基于正龙煤业孵化高新技术企业所采取的举措,从创新发展、数智融合、安全管理、绿色低碳4个方面,梳理了正龙煤业孵化高新技术企业的成效,为其他拟通过孵化高新技术企业推动企业高质量发展的煤炭企业提供了经验,具有较好的示范作用.
Abstract
Incubating high-tech enterprises is an important way to promote the transformation of coal enterprises and achieve high-quality development of coal enterprises.From the aspects of creating R & D platforms,extensive cooperation to solve difficulties,digital and intelligent transformation,reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainable development,this paper systematically analyzes the effective measures taken by Zhenglong Coal Industry in Henan Province to incubate high-tech enterprises.Based on the measures taken by Zhenglong Coal Industry to incubate high-tech enterprises,this paper sorts out the results of Zhenglong Coal Industry in incubating high-tech enterprises from four aspects:innovation and development,digital intelligence integration,safety management,and green and low-carbon.This provides valuable experience for other coal enterprises that intend to promote the high-quality development of enterprises by incubating high-tech enterprises,and has a good demonstration role.
