摘要
我国西北虽沙戈荒遍及,但具有丰富的风力、光照、煤炭资源,通过特高压通道将"风光火"电力打捆外送是解决新能源与负荷分布矛盾的重要途径.以弃风弃光最小为目标,构建日前-日内多时间尺度耦合的"风-光-火"打捆外送优化模型,确定"风-光-火"打捆外送过程中煤电机组外送最优出力,进而计算煤电机组促进新能源消纳的经济价值与环境价值.算例结果显示,通过"风-光-火"打捆外送,减少了弃风弃光发电量,增加了新能源外送绿证收益,减少了煤电机组的二氧化碳排放量.
Abstract
Although the northwest of China is sandy and deserted,it is rich in wind,sunlight and coal resources.The bundled transmission of"wind-photovoltaic-fire"power through ultra-high-voltage channel is an important way to solve the contradiction between new energy and load distribution.With the goal of minimizing wind and light rejection,we constructed a multi-timescale coupling optimization model of"wind-photovoltaic-fire"bundled transmission before the day and within the day to determine the optimal output of coal-fired power units.Then,the economic and environmental values of coal power units to promote new energy consumption are calculated.The results show that the bundling of"wind-photovoltaic-fire"reduces the amount of wind and photovoltaic abandoned power generation,increases the income of green certificate for new energy export,and reduces the carbon dioxide emission of coal power units.
