摘要
随着科技水平的发展,智能化已逐渐走入日常生活,企业的发展也应顺应大环境的变化来进行调整.煤炭作为我国主要的能源之一,煤矿智能化开采不仅可以很好地应对开采条件恶劣、环境危险的问题,还可以提高开采效率,真正实现"少人高效"的目标.智能背景下的信息化已逐渐成为新的创造力,煤矿企业的管控模式也需要进行合理科学的变革.煤矿企业智能化下的管控需以信息化为核心,从而建立统一的信息数据平台,并以此为基础展开井下少人化管理和设备精细化管理.煤矿企业的组织结构需朝扁平化发展,其管理制度也需进行相应调度.
Abstract
With the development of science and technology,intelligence has gradually entered our lives,and the development of enterprises should also adapt to the changes in the environment.As one of the main energy sources in China,intelligent mining can not only deal with the problems of bad mining conditions and dangerous environment,but also improve the mining efficiency and realize the goal of few people and high efficiency.Under the background of intelligence,informatization has gradually become a new creativity,and the management and control mode of coal mine enterprises also needs to be reformed reasonably and scientifically.The intelligent management and control of coal mine enterprises need to take informatization as the core,establish a unified information data platform,and on this basis,carry out underground less humanized management and equipment fine management.The organizational strucoture of coal mining enterprises needs to develop towards flattening,and the management system also need to be adjusted accordingly too.
