智能化采矿对采矿业就业的影响研究

摘要
基于国内科技及采矿业较为发达的省份的面板数据,测度了省份层面的就业量以及煤矿智能化水平,通过基准回归分析了煤矿智能化对就业的影响和异质性检验.研究结果表明:智能化采矿能够显著提升采矿业就业;异质性检验发现,智能化采矿对东部具有显著影响,但中西部地区影响不显著.最后结合背景,提出促进智能化采矿发展的对策与建议,包括政府应提供更多的政策支持、培养更多的高素质人才以及加大创新力度以提升智能化采矿对就业的促进作用.
Abstract
To study how intelligent mining affects employment in the mining industry,this article measures the employment at the provinciallevel and the level of coal mine intellectualization based on panel data from provinces with relatively developed domestic technology and mining industry.Through benchmark regression,the influencing factors and heterogeneity test of coal mine intellectualization on employment are analyzed.The research results show that intelligent mining can significantly improve employment in the mining industry.The heterogeneity test found that intelligent mining has a significant impact on the eastern region,but the impact on the central and western regions is not significant.Finally,based on the background,propose strategies and suggestions to promote the development of intelligent mining,including the government providing more policy support,cultivating more high-quality talents,and increasing innovation efforts to enhance the employment promotion effect of intelligent mining.
