中国碳锁定问题研究现状与展望

摘要
如何打破在某些领域具有高碳特质的碳锁定状态,是我国经济高质量发展面临的重要现实问题,围绕碳锁定问题的研究已成为学术界关注的焦点.根据国内外文献统计结果分析近些年碳锁定研究的学术热度、学术水平、资助项目级别、所属专业分布的整体情况,从基本意涵、研究主题、实证研究方法等方面具体阐明国内研究进展,并提出研究的局限性及未来展望.主要结论包括:近几年碳锁定相关研究的学术热度与水平总体呈上升趋势,其本身的理论与实践价值也得到权威性的认可与支持;产业锁定、区域锁定等相关概念的界定与阐释更为明晰,研究主题更为聚焦,研究视角逐渐由整体向产业(区域)或中微观层面转移;实证研究方法不再单一而是趋于多类型综合化,不同情景和层面碳锁定的统一测度标准与方法将逐渐形成;紧密结合"双碳"目标、数字经济等时代背景的产业或区域碳锁定问题将成为未来的研究热点.
Abstract
How to break the carbon lock state with high carbon characteristics in some fields is an important practical problem facing the high-quality development of China's economy,and the research on this issue should become the focus of academic circles.Based on the statistical results of domestic and foreign literature,this paper first analyzes the overall situation of the academic popularity,academic level,funded project level and the distribution of the major of carbon locking research in recent years.Then,it elaborates the domestic research progress from the aspects of basic implication,research theme and empirical research method.Finally,the limitations and future prospects of the study are put forward.The main conclusions include:In recent years,the academic heat and level of carbon lock-related research are generally on the rise,and its theoretical and practical value has been recognized and supported by authority.The definition and interpretation of related concepts such as industry lock-in and regional lock-in are clearer,the research theme is more focused,and the research perspective is gradually transferred from the whole to the industrial(regional)or micro level.Empirical research methods are no longer single,but tend to be multi-type comprehensive,and unified measurement standards and methods for carbon locking at different scenarios and levels will gradually be formed.Carbon locking in industries or regions closely combined with the dual carbon goals and the digital economy will become a research hot spot in the future.
