电动汽车区域碳排放指数体系构建及应用研究

摘要
基于电动汽车区域碳排放指数编制,构建了一套科学全面的电动汽车区域碳排放指标体系,涵盖区域发展、低碳交通、车辆运行和电力生产4个维度,对电动汽车碳排放的12项关键指标进行测算,并选择中国6个具有代表性的省份进行案例验证.结果表明:①北京市的电动汽车区域碳排放指数在2019年达到最高分,受电网发展水平提升和新冠肺炎疫情的影响,在2020年呈现快速的下降趋势;②根据北京市、上海市、广东省、浙江省、江苏省和天津市等代表省份的区域碳排放综合指数结果,发现电动汽车在区域的整体碳排放更多受到经济发展、居民生活质量和生态环境的影响;③降低居民不必要的出行需求、减少电网传输损耗和提高清洁能源发电占比,有利于降低电动汽车行业的区域碳排放水平.电动汽车区域碳排放指数能够有效地量化不同区域的电动汽车综合碳排放水平,识别不同区域电动汽车行业低碳发展的优劣势,可为寻求区域层面的电动汽车低碳转型路径优化提供参考.
Abstract
Based on regional carbon emissions compilation for electric vehicles,This paper constructs a set of scientific and comprehensive regional carbon emission index system for EVs.Covering four dimensions of regional development,low-carbon transport,vehicle operation and electricity production,we measure 12 key indicators of carbon emissions from EVs and select six representative provinces in China for case verification.The results show that:① the regional carbon emission index of EVs in Beijing reached the highest score in 2019,and showed a rapid downward trend in 2020 due to the improvement of power grid development level and the COVID-19 pandemic;② according to the regional carbon emission index results of representative provinces such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Tianjin,it is found that the overall carbon emission of EVs in the region is more affected by economic development,residents'life quality and ecological environment;③ reducing residents'unnecessary travel demand,reducing grid transmission losses and increasing the proportion of clean energy generation are conducive to reducing the regional carbon emission level of the EV industry.The regional carbon emission index of EVs proposed in this paper can effectively quantify the comprehensive carbon emission level of EVs in different regions,identify the advantages and disadvantages of low-carbon development of EV industry in different regions,and provide a reference for seeking path optimization of low-carbon transformation for EV industry at the regional level.
