绿色金融对区域经济高质量发展的影响——基于省级面板数据的实证研究

摘要
在新发展理念和"双碳"背景下,绿色金融如何推动区域经济高质量发展成为重要的理论与现实议题.从能源利用效率和绿色创新的新角度,采用2010-2020年间的省级面板数据,研究绿色金融对区域经济高质量发展影响及其作用机制,并通过异质性分析探究其边界条件.研究发现:①绿色金融对区域经济高质量发展具有正向效应;②能源利用效率和绿色创新是绿色金融促进区域经济高质量发展的潜在机制;③异质性分析表明,绿色金融对产业结构更新兴的省域经济高质量发展的影响更明显,同时说明产业结构的调整与变革是绿色金融发挥积极影响的边界条件.绿色金融对区域经济高质量发展的影响研究可为各地区绿色金融和经济发展政策的制定提供参考价值.
Abstract
Under the new development concepts and the"dual carbon"goals,how green finance drives the high-quality development of regional economies has become an important theoretical and practical issue.This study investigates the impact of green finance on the high-quality development of regional economies and its mechanisms,using provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020.It explores the potential mechanisms of energy efficiency and green innovation and conducts a heterogeneity analysis to investigate boundary conditions.Findings indicate that:① green finance has a positive effect on the high-quality development of regional economies;② energy utilization efficiency and green innovation are potential mechanisms through which green finance promotes high-quality regional economic development;③ heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of green finance is more pronounced in provinces with renewing industrial structures,suggesting that the adjustment and transformation of industrial structures are boundary conditions for the positive impacts of green finance.This research provides valuable insights for the formulation of regional green finance and economic development policies.
