数字经济赋能黑龙江省资源型城市产业转型升级研究
Research on empowering resource-basedcities in Heilongjiang Province with digital economy for industrial transformation and upgrading

摘要
研究采用2012-2021年黑龙江省"四煤城"相关面板数据进行实证检验,探究数字经济赋能资源型城市产业转型升级的影响作用.结果表明:数字经济发展对资源型城市产业转型升级具有正向促进作用且结果较为稳健;根据中介效应检验结果发现数字经济能够通过提高创新能力推动产业转型升级.依据研究结果,对数字经济赋能产业转型升级从大力发展数字经济、着力提高创新能力、优化完善政府职能、加强培养数字人才4个方面提出了对策建议.
Abstract
The study uses the panel data of"Four Coal Cities"in Heilongjiang Province from 2012 to 2021 for empirical test to explore the influence of digital economy on industrial transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities.The results show that the development of digital economy plays a positive role in promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities,and the results are relatively stable;According to the test results of intermediary effect model,it is found that digital economy can promote industrial transformation and upgrading by improving innovation ability.According to the research results,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of digital economy empowerment industry from four aspects:vigorously developing digital economy,focusing on improving innovation ability,optimizing and perfecting government functions and strengthening the cultivation of digital talents.
