摘要
ISO 45001和煤矿安全生产标准化作为安全管理方法的研究成果,在煤矿企业中虽得到广泛运用但并不融合,给安全管理工作带来不便.因此为解决ISO 45001和煤矿安全生产标准化在煤矿企业中的不融合问题以及提高安全管理水平、减少煤矿事故的发生,通过ISO 45001的认识和对煤矿安全生产标准化体系的现状进行分析,探讨两体系相融合的必要性,借助PDCA循环方法,将两体系要素融合构建新的管理要素,同时结合SDCA循环,促进煤矿安全生产管理体系的不断完善和优化.结果表明,融合后的新管理体系更加标准化和规范化,提高了煤矿安全管理水平,有助于煤矿生产的安全与高效.
Abstract
ISO 45001 And coal mine safety production standardization,as the research results of the generation of safety management methods,has been widely used in coal mining enterprises,but it is not integrated,bringing inconvenience to the safety management work.So in order to solve the ISO 45001 and coal mine safety production standardization in coal mining enterprises,improve the level of safety management,reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents,through the ISO 45001 understanding and analyze the present situation of coal mine safety production standardization system,discusses the necessity of the integration of two systems,with the aid of PDCA cycle as the method,the two system elements fusion build new management elements,combined with the SDCA cycle,promote the continuous improvement and optimization of coal mine safety production management system.The results show that the new management system after the integration is more standardized and standardized,which improves the level of coal mine safety management and contributes to the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.
