摘要
"双碳"目标下,加快构建新型电力系统是"十四五"时期我国电力行业发展的主要方向,持续深入推进低碳转型是我国发电企业的必然选择.在内外部环境不断变化的情况下,发电企业低碳转型面临更加复杂的形势,亟需客观、全面的转型框架为发电企业低碳转型提供战略决策支持.研究提出发电企业低碳转型驱动因素,将其归纳为资本、劳动力、土地、技术、数据、软实力和社会7个层面,构建了发电企业低碳转型驱动框架,为发电企业低碳转型提供理论依据,并基于转型驱动框架对不同发电企业低碳转型进程进行对比评价,提出了促进发电企业低碳转型的相关建议.
Abstract
Under the"double carbon"goal,accelerating the construction of new power system is the main direction of the development of China's electric power industry during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,and continue to promote low carbon transformation is the inevitable choice for China's power generation enterprises.As the internal and external environment is constantly changing,the low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises is facing a more complex situation,and an objective and comprehensive transformation framework is urgently needed to provide strategic decision-making support for the low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises.This paper puts forward the driving factors for low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises,which are summarized into seven levels:capital,labor,land,technology,data,soft power and society.It constructs the driving framework for low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises,which provides theoretical basis for low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises.Based on the driving framework,the low-carbon transformation process of different power generation enterprises is compared and evaluated.Some suggestions are put forward to promote the low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises.
