摘要
随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的推进,新质生产力成为推动能源行业转型升级的关键,并在实践中展示出对能源行业高质量发展的强劲推动力.以人工智能、大数据等前沿技术赋能的数字化转型成为发展新质生产力的重要支撑.数字化转型不仅是石油行业产业变革的迫切需求,更是传统能源可持续发展的关键途径.深入调查石油行业数字化建设现状,探讨了数字化转型的必要性和紧迫性,系统剖析了石油行业在数字化转型过程中面临的挑战与问题,并基于此提出一系列切实可行的高质量发展路径,旨在推动石油行业实现从分散到集中再到集成的两次阶段性跨越,促进行业的绿色低碳可持续发展.
Abstract
With the advancement of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productive forces have become the key to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry and have demonstrated a strong driving force for high-quality development of the energy industry in practice.Digital transformation enabled by cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data has become an important support for developing new quality productive forces.Digital transformation is not only an urgent need for industrial transformation in the petroleum industry but also an important way to achieve sustainable development of traditional energy.This paper conducts an in-depth investigation of the current status of digital construction in the petroleum industry,explores the necessity and urgency of digital transformation,systematically analyzes the challenges and problems faced by the petroleum industry in the process of digital transformation,and based on this,proposes a series of practical and feasible high-quality development paths,aiming to promote the petroleum industry to achieve two-phased leaps from decentralization to centralization and then to integration,and promote the green,low-carbon and sustainable development of the industry.
