新质生产力视域下煤炭行业人才培养研究

摘要
人才是强国之本、竞争之基、转型之要,推动煤炭行业转型升级和高质量发展离不开高素质劳动者,发展新质生产力对高素质新质人才培养提出新要求,煤炭行业新质人才培养成为煤炭行业特色高校教育教学改革的新航标.结合煤炭行业人才培养和需求现状,明确煤炭行业新质人才培养三重定位,构建煤炭行业新质人才培养路径,主要包括推进教育观念转变、站稳人民立场,深化教育教学改革、推进课程思政建设,明确培养标准、培养高素质新质人才,加强产教融合、形成校企协同育人合力,加强双师双能型教师队伍建设、推动复合型专业人才培养,以加强煤炭行业专业人才新质生产力能力建设,供给高素质专业技术人才,培育煤炭行业新质生产力.
Abstract
Talent is the foundation of a strong country,the foundation of competition and the necessity of transformation.Promoting the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry and high-quality development cannot be separated from high-quality workers.Developing new quality productivity puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of high-quality and new-quality talents,which has become a new beacon for the education and teaching reform of colleges and universities with coal industry characteristics.Combined with the current situation of talent training and demand in the coal industry,the triple orientation of new-quality talent training in the coal industry is clarified,the training path of new-quality talents in the coal industry is constructed,the educational concept is changed,and the people's position is firmly established;Deepen the reform of education and teaching,and promote the ideological and political construction of courses;Clarify the training standards and cultivate high-quality talents with new quality;Strengthen the integration of production and education,and form a synergy between universities and enterprises to educate students;Strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers,promote the training of compound professionals,strengthen the construction of new quality productivity of coal industry professionals,and cultivate new quality productivity of coal industry with the supply of high-quality professional and technical talents.
