能源企业数字化转型对经营绩效的影响研究

摘要
新质生产力与数字化转型已成为当今经济转型升级的双引擎,其中数字化转型是构建新质生产力的关键途径与客观要求.2023年召开的全国两会工作报告中提出,数字中国的建设是支撑中国式现代化的重要引擎,是新质生产力发展的重要保障,能源企业作为经济社会发展的动力与基石,数字化、绿色化的发展已经成为全球产业竞争的战略制高点.构建能源行业数字化转型综合评价指标体系,从内部组织绩效、行业发展绩效2个维度对数字化转型的经济效益展开研究,发现数字化转型能够提升能源行业内部组织绩效、行业发展绩效,并为企业在数字化转型方面以及能源行业提出对策建议,为新时代背景下能源行业打造新质生产力,产业高质量发展提供有效引导.
Abstract
New quality productivity and digital transformation have become the twin engines of today's economic transformation and upgrading,among which digital transformation is the key way and objective requirement for building new quality productivity.In the work report of the National People's Congress and the National People's Congress held in 2023,it was proposed that the construction of digital China is an important engine to support Chinese-style modernization and an important guarantee for the development of new quality productivity.Construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the digital transformation of the energy industry,study the economic benefits of digital transformation from two dimensions:internal organizational performance and industry development performance,and find that digital transformation can improve the internal organizational performance and industry development performance of the energy industry,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises in digital transformation and the energy industry,so as to provide effective guidance for the energy industry to create new quality productivity and high-quality industrial development in the context of the new era.
