摘要

随着全球环境问题的加剧以及资源的逐渐枯竭,能源企业的可持续发展显得尤为关键.能源企业可持续发展平衡模型的理论框架是以系统理论为基础构建的综合性分析框架,涵盖了企业经营管理、环境治理、科技创新以及生产运营等4个核心领域.建立了可持续发展指标体系,综合运用了文献调研法、专家问卷调查法以及熵权TOPSIS等多种科学方法确定指标权重.指标体系的运算结果作为平衡模型的输入数据,通过模型的处理和分析,最终输出4个领域之间平衡发展关系.以某能源企业为例,通过模型计算结果可分析企业在可持续发展过程中的优势和不足,从而为企业制定针对性的改进策略提供有力的依据.

Abstract

With the intensification of global environmental problems and the gradual depletion of resources,the sustainable development of energy enterprises is particularly crucial.The theoretical framework of the sustainable development balance model of energy enterprises is a comprehensive analysis framework based on the system theory.It covers four core areas,including business management,environmental governance,scientific and technological innovation,and production and operation.The establishment of sustainable development index system comprehensively uses a variety of scientific methods such as literature research,expert questionnaire survey andTOPSISmethod.The calculation results of the index system will be used as the input of the horizontal model.Through the processing and analysis of the model,the balanced development relationship between the four fields will be finally output.Taking an energy enterprise as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise in the process of sustainable development can be analyzed through the model calculation results,which provides a strong basis for the enterprise to formulate targeted improvement strategies.
