新型电力系统下的煤电高质量转型发展

摘要
我国以煤为主的能源资源禀赋和煤电稳定可靠灵活性高的特性,决定了较长期一段时间内,煤电仍将在我国电力安全供应中起到不可替代的作用.旨在国家推动构建新型电力系统的背景下,兼顾能源电力保供与减碳、经济可持续与系统成本最优,在分析我国煤电发展现状和面临形势的基础上,提出煤电高质量发展的可行性方法和路径,指出煤电高质量发展应对策略主要包括加强煤电子新能源协同发展、提升煤电兜底保供能力、加快向灵活性调节性电源转变、持续推进煤电清洁高效利用、打造数字化智能化煤电一体化平台等.
Abstract
China's coal-based,with energy resource endowment and high stability and reliability and flexibility of coal power.This determines that in the longer term,coal power will still play an irreplaceable role in the secure supply of electricity in China.In the context of the country to promote the construction of a new type of power system,in order to take into account the energy and power supply and carbon reduction,economic sustainability and system cost optimization,this study analyzes the current situation of the development of China's coal power and the situation faced on the basis of the feasibility of high-quality development of coal power methods and paths.
