绿色金融对电力产业结构转型的影响机理研究

摘要
绿色金融作为金融供给侧结构性改革的重要手段,是中国积极应对气候变化、推动绿色低碳发展的关键抓手.在"双碳"目标的推动下,电力行业作为能源清洁低碳转型的核心领域,正逐步向低碳化方向发展.电力产业结构的转型离不开绿色金融服务的支持,通过为电力产业提供各类资金支持,绿色金融促进了电力产业结构的优化.通过研究绿色金融对电力产业结构转型的影响机理,提出了 2个假设,并基于2008-2021年的相关数据,采用中介效应模型和基础回归模型进行实证研究.研究结果表明:①绿色金融对电力产业结构转型具有正向影响;②绿色金融通过促进技术进步与创新,推动了电力产业结构的转型.
Abstract
Green finance,as an important means of financial supply-side structural reform,is a key tool for China to actively address climate change and promote green,low-carbon development.Driven by the"dual carbon"goals,the power industry,as a core sector in the transition to clean and low-carbon energy,is gradually moving towards decarbonization.The transformation of the power industry structure relies on the support of green finance services.By providing various types of financial support to the power industry,green finance facilitates the optimization of the industry structure.This paper investigates the mechanism by which green finance influences the transformation of the power industry structure,proposing two hypotheses.Based on data from 2008 to 2021,we conducted empirical research using a mediation effect model and a basic regression model.The research results indicate that:① Green finance has a positive impact on the transformation of the power industry structure;② Green finance promotes the transformation of the power industry structure by facilitating technological progress and innovation.
