摘要
为探究新时代煤炭资源勘查开发对我国能源安全保障的作用,通过对新时代我国煤炭资源勘查开发的意义、现状和面临的机遇挑战进行分析,探讨了煤炭资源勘查开发在促进我国社会经济的发展、保障我国能源供应的稳定性、促进我国能源结构的优化等方面所发挥的重要作用,进而提出了加强资源接续和环境保护、完善安全生产监管制度等方面的对策建议,为我国能源安全保障提供理论依据和政策建议.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of coal resources exploration and development on China's energy security in the new era.By analyzing the significance,current situation,opportunities and challenges of China's coal resources exploration and development in the new era,this paper discusses the important role of coal resources exploration and development in promoting China's social and economic development,ensuring the stability of China's energy supply and promoting the optimization of China's energy structure.Furthermore,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the continuity of resources and environmental protection and improve the supervision system of production safety,so as to provide theoretical basis and policy suggestions for the protection of energy security in our country.
