摘要

基于社会网络分析法,选用2010-2022年中国277个城市的面板数据作为研究样本,通过合作专利数据构建城市创新网络,描述该网络部分整体特征和个体特征,并实证分析城市创新网络特征对碳排放的影响和作用机制.结果表明:① 2010-2022年,中国城市创新网络整体结构稳定,直接联系稳步增加.北京和上海、苏州、杭州等东部发达城市占据了创新网络的核心位置,并随时间发展逐渐扩大自身影响范围;②城市创新网络中的度中心度和结构洞会加剧碳排放,且该影响存在显著的地区异质性.相较于中部和西部地区,东部城市的度中心度和结构洞对碳排放的影响更为显著;③城市创新会在度中心度和结构洞对碳排放的促进中起到部分中介作用.环境规制可以负向调节度中心度和结构洞对碳排放的促进作用.

Abstract

Based on the social network analysis method,the panel data of 277 cities in China from 2010 to 2022 are selected as research samples,and the urban innovation network is constructed by collaborative patent data.The overall characteristics and individual characteristics of the network are described,and the impact and mechanism of urban innovation network characteristics on carbon emissions are empirically analyzed.The results show that:① from 2010 to 2022,the overall structure of China's urban innovation network is stable,the direct connections are steadily increasing.Beijing,Shanghai,Suzhou,Hangzhou and other eastern developed cities occupy the core position of innovation network,and gradually expand their influence over time.② the degree of centrality and structural holes in the urban innovation network will exacerbate carbon emissions,and the impact has significant regional heterogeneity.Compared with the central and western regions,the degree centrality and structural holes of eastern cities have more significant impacts on carbon emissions.③ urban innovation will play a partial mediating role in the promotion of carbon emission by degree centrality and structural hole.Environmental regulation can negatively regulate the promoting effect of degree centrality and structural holes on carbon emission.
