多品种耦合电力市场下虚拟电厂的交易机制研究

摘要
随着"碳中和、碳达峰"目标的提出,我国的电力系统转型进入新阶段.于此同时,可再生能源大规模并网带来了新的机遇与挑战.虚拟电厂技术形态与源网荷储互动运营模式可作为破解清洁能源消纳和绿色能源转型的有效方案,为新能源参与电力市场交易提供途径,同时推动新能源市场有序发展.为研究多品种耦合能量市场下虚拟电厂的交易机制,构建虚拟电厂市场均衡交易模型.上层主要以虚拟电厂能量市场利益及备用市场收益之和最大化为目标构建模型,下层以实现源荷两侧市场主体利益均衡为目标构建市场出清模型.算例表明,在完全竞争市场条件下,该种交易模式中,虚拟电厂可获得效益,同时有助于缓解源荷两侧消纳矛盾.
Abstract
China's power system transformation has entered a new phase with the proposal of"carbon neutral and peak carbon"target.At the same time,the large-scale grid integration of renewable energy brings new opportunities and challenges.The virtual power plant technology and the interactive operation mode of source-network-load-storage can be used as an effective solution to solve the problem of clean energy consumption and green energy transformation,provide a way for new energy to participate in the power market transaction,and promote the orderly development of the new energy market at the same time.In order to study the transaction mechanism of virtual power plant under the multi-species coupled energy market,this paper constructs a virtual power plant market equilibrium transaction model.The upper layer mainly constructs the model with the goal of maximizing the sum of the energy market benefits of the virtual power plant and the standby market benefits,and The lower layer constructs a market clearing model with the goal of realizing the equilibrium of interests of market players on both sides of the source and load.The example shows that under the condition of perfectly competitive market,the virtual power plant can gain benefits in this kind of trading model,and at the same time,it helps to alleviate the contradiction of consumption on both sides of the source and load.
