摘要
随着我国"碳达峰、碳中和"战略目标的提出,如何清洁、绿色、低碳地发展,成为各行各业不断探讨和研究的重点工作.电网企业作为我国重点能源供给企业,近年来在清洁能源供给和绿色低碳方面不断探索,积极开展碳数据的核算及管理工作.在"双碳"背景下,基于电网企业生产经营、日常办公中的能源消费结构以及碳数据管理要求,开展电网企业碳数据核算、碳分析等研究工作,构建省、市、县三级贯通的碳账户管理体系,全面掌握电网企业碳排放情况,充分挖掘电网企业节能降碳潜力,支撑电网企业碳数据的高效管理,推动电网企业绿色低碳安全高效发展.
Abstract
With the proposal of China's"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"strategic goals,how to achieve clean,green,and low-carbon development has become a key focus of continuous exploration and research in various industries.As a key energy supply enterprise in China,power grid enterprises have been continuously exploring clean energy supply and green low-carbon aspects in recent years,actively carrying out carbon data accounting and management work.In the context of dual carbon,based on the energy consumption structure and carbon data management requirements of power grid enterprises in production and operation,daily office work,this article conducts research on carbon data accounting and analysis of power grid enterprises,constructs a three-level carbon account management system that connects provinces,cities,and counties,comprehensively grasps the carbon emissions situation of power grid enterprises,fully explores the energy-saving and carbon reduction potential of power grid enterprises,supports the efficient management of carbon data of power grid enterprises,and promotes the green,low-carbon,safe,and efficient development of power grid enterprises.
