能源安全视域下发展能源新质生产力的战略考量

摘要
作为新质生产力在能源领域的具体体现,能源新质生产力实现了质的飞跃.然而,培育和发展能源新质生产力却面临多重现实挑战.为有效应对挑战,应以高质量发展保障能源安全的物质前提、以风险防范树立能源贸易安全屏障、以创新引领实现能源产业自主可控、以数据安全推动能源数字化转型等措施,加快培育和发展能源新质生产力,提升国家能源安全保障的整体能力和水平.
Abstract
As a concrete manifestation of new quality productive forces in the energy field,new quality productive forces in energy has achieved a qualitative leap and structural optimization and upgrading.However,cultivating and developing it faces multiple practical challenges.To effectively address challenges,measures such as ensuring material prerequisites for energy security through high-quality development,establishing energy trade security barriers through risk prevention,achieving independent and controllable energy industry through innovation,and promoting digital transformation of energy through data security should be taken to accelerate the cultivation and development of new energy productivity and enhance the overall capacity and level of national energy security.
