摘要
我国煤炭清洁高效利用经过近些年发展,在煤炭洗选加工、煤电清洁发展、煤化工、低阶煤利用、散煤治理等方面取得了显著的成效.面对"双碳"目标等压力,煤炭利用过程存在关键技术、设备、环境治理等方面亟需解决的问题.基于此,煤炭洗选加工要加快选煤厂智能化建设,推动清洁生产水平,提高煤矸石、煤泥等副产品的利用水平;煤电要加强"三改联动"、洁净煤发电、煤电与可再生能源联营等低碳化改造;传统煤化工要优化结构、调整产能,推进产业升级;现代煤化工产业要向高端化、多元化、低碳化发展,强化延链、补链、强链,加快产业和新技术的融合,促进清洁高效生产;要着力打造"煤炭—煤电—煤化工"产业链集群及构建绿电—绿氢—储氢—煤化工一体化发展基地.
Abstract
In recent years,China's clean and efficient utilization of coal has achieved significant results in coal washing and processing,clean development of coal-fired power,coal chemical industry,utilization of low-grade coal,and treatment of loose coal.Faced the dual carbon target,there are urgent issues in key technologies,equipment,and environmental governance that need to be addressed.Based on this,coal washing and processing accelerate the intelligent construction of coal preparation plants,promote clean production level,and improve the utilization level of by-products such as coal gangue and coal slurry;Coal power should strengthen low-carbon transformation such as"three transformations linkage",clean coal power generation,and joint operation of coal power and renewable energy;Traditional coal chemical industry needs to optimize its structure,adjust its production capacity,and promote industrial upgrading;The modern coal chemical industry should develop towards high-end,diversified,and low-carbon,strengthen chain extension,supplementation,and strengthening,accelerate the integration of industry and new technologies,and promote clean and efficient production;In addition,efforts should be made to build an industrial chain cluster of"coal coal electricity coal chemical industry"and construct an integrated development base of green electricity green hydrogen hydrogen storage coal chemical industry.
