摘要
针对煤炭行业数字化转型中的软件项目管理问题,以某煤炭开采技术开发企业为例,提出一种基于能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)的敏捷项目管理方法.该方法结合了 CMMI的过程规范和敏捷管理的灵活性及透明性等特点,有效应对了煤炭行业数字化升级中的需求和挑战.通过实际落地的经验分享,证明了该方法在提升项目质量、加快研发进度、增强团队协作能力等方面的作用,为煤炭行业及其他行业的软件研发团队提供了经验参考.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of software project management in the digital transformation of coal industry,taking a coal mining technology development enterprise as an example,an agile project management method based on CMMI is proposed.This method combines the process specification of CMMI with the flexibility and transparency of agile management,and effectively meets the needs and challenges in the digital upgrading of coal industry.Through practical experience sharing,it proves that the method plays an important role in improving project quality,speeding up research and development progress,and enhancing team cooperation ability,which provides experience reference for software research and development teams in coal industry and other industries.
