协同理论视域下煤炭行业创新创业人才培养路径研究

摘要
在煤炭行业的转型与发展中,创新创业人才发挥着重要作用.在分析煤炭行业创新创业人才培养面临的新挑战和问题基础上,探讨了协同理论促进该人才培养的内在机理,从营造良好氛围、健全课程建设、强化实践体系、加强队伍建设等方面构建了煤炭行业创新创业人才培养路径,以培养更多能够适应新形势、引领煤炭行业发展的优秀人才.
Abstract
In the transformation and development of the coal industry,innovation and entrepreneurship(hereinafter referred to as"double innovation")talents play an important role.On the basis of analyzing the new challenges and problems faced by the cultivation of"double innovation"talents in the coal industry,this paper explores the internal mechanism of promoting the cultivation of"double innovation"talents through collaborative theory.It constructs a path for the cultivation of"double innovation"talents in the coal industry from the aspects of creating a good atmosphere,improving curriculum construction,strengthening practical system,and enhancing team building,in order to cultivate more outstanding talents who can adapt to the new situation and lead the development of the coal industry.
