为了满足配煤监控系统对于短信报警功能扩展的需求,设计并实现了基于WinCC的配煤监控系统的短信报警功能.通过使用C#语言编写OPC客户端软件,访问WinCC OPC服务器,读取监控系统的报警变量,根据多人报警与不重复报警策略,处理报警变量,生成报警信息并发送至短信模块,完成了WinCC与短信模块的软件连接和数据传递,达到了监控系统报警信息快速准确发布的要求.设计扩展了WinCC监控系统的功能,开发成本低、数据传输速度快,具有很强的实用性.
Design and Realization of SMS Alarm in Coal Blending System
In order to meet the demand of expanding the SMS alarm function of the coal blending monitoring system, the WinCC SMS alarm system was designed and implemented. The OPC client software written by C # makes the software and data connection between the WinCC and the SMS alarm module. The software accesses the alarm variable in the WinCC OPC Server, processes it according to the multi-alarm and non-repeat alarm strategy, and sends the processed alarm messages to the SMS alarm module, which achieves the alarm information release fast and accurate requirements. The design with the characteristics of low cost, fast data transfer speed expands the WinCC features, and has high practicability.
