煤自燃气体产物与微观基团关联性分析

摘要
为了探究煤自燃过程中气体产物变化规律和微观基团分布特征之间的相关性,通过程序升温实验和傅里叶红外光谱实验,分析了不同变质程度煤样升温过程中气体产物的变化特征,测试了不同官能团的含量,研究了气体产物与微观基团之间的关联性.结果表明:随着变质程度的加深,芳香烃类含量增加,含氧官能团含量减少,特征温度增大,CO、CO2、C2H4 和C2H6 等气体产物的浓度减小,煤自燃危险性减小.-COOH、-C=O和-OH与气体产物浓度呈现最大的正相关性,取代苯、-C=C-和-CH与气体产物浓度呈现最大的负相关性.研究结果对煤自燃宏微观参数关联性的进一步解释有一定积极作用.
Abstract
In order to explore the correlation between the variation law of gas products and the distribution characteristics of microscopic groups in the process of spontaneous combustion of coal,the programmed temperature experiment and Fourier infrared spectroscopy experiment were used to analyze the variation characteristics of gas products in the process of temperature rise of coal samples with different degrees of metamorphism,test the content of different functional groups,and study the correlation between gas products and microscopic groups.The results show that with the deepening of metamorphism,the content of aromatic hydrocarbons increases,the content of oxygen-containing functional groups decreases,the characteristic temperature increases,the concentration of gas products such as CO,CO2,C2H4 and C2H6 decreases,and the spontaneous combustion risk of coal decreases.-COOH,-C=O and-OH showed the greatest positive correlation with the concentration of gas products,while substituted benzene,-C=C-and-CH showed the greatest negative correlation with the concentration of gas products.The research results will play a positive role in further explaining the correlation between macro and micro parameters of coal spontaneous combustion.
