深井复杂条件煤巷快速掘进网的可替代性实验研究与应用初探

通过实验研究聚酯纤维网和菱形金属网的单位质量、延伸率、单根破坏应力、网状破坏应力、网兜状压断破坏应力来验证聚酯纤维网替代菱形金属网的可行性,进一步采用数值模拟验证了实验室相关网力学试验的测试数据可靠性,并在顾桥煤矿1211(1)工作面运输顺槽开展了现场试验,替代后应用效果良好.研究结果表明,在深井复杂条件下聚酯纤维网可以替代菱形金属网进行支护,为类似复杂条件的快速掘进工程网的更新替代研究提供一定借鉴与参考.
Preliminary Exploration on Experimental Study and Application of Alternative Fast Driving Mesh in Coal Roadway under Complex Conditions in Deep Well
The feasibility of replacing the diamond-shaped metal mesh with the polyester fiber mesh was verified by experimentally studying the unit mass,elongation,single failure stress,network failure stress and mesh bag crushing failure stress of polyester fiber mesh and diamond-shaped metal mesh,and the reliability of the test data of the relevant mesh mechanical test in the laboratory was further verified by numerical simulation,and the field test was carried out in the 1211(1)working face of Guqiao coal mine,and the application effect was good.The results show that polyester fiber mesh can replace diamond-shaped metal mesh for support under complex conditions in deep wells,which provides a certain reference for the renewal and substitution of rapid excavation engineering network under similar complex conditions.
