三角煤柱孤岛工作面冲击地压防治技术研究

为解决近邻三角形煤柱孤岛工作面冲击地压防治问题,分析了国内该条件下导致冲击地压的研究现状;以唐山矿Y392工作面为研究对象,通过理论分析得出了以大埋深、上覆不规则煤柱、本层三角形煤柱、孤岛工作面冲击地压的主控因素;采用FLAC3D建立了数值模型,分析了本层三角形煤柱孤岛工作面的应力分布规律;提出了通过顶板预裂调控冲击地压主控因素的防冲方法;最后通过现场工程实践,建立并实施了以顶板预裂为主的冲击地压防治技术,通过应力法和钻屑法验证了顶板预裂对该条件下的冲击地压防控具有良好的效果.
Research on Prevention and Control Technology of Rock Burst in Isolated Island Working Face with Triangular Coal Pillar
In order to solve the problem of rock burst prevention and control in the working face of the isolated island of the adjacent triangular coal pillar,the research status of rock burst under this condition in China was analyzed.Taking the Y392 working face of Tangshan mine as the research object,the main controlling factors of rock burst with large buried depth,overlying irregular coal pillars,triangular coal pillars and isolated island working faces are obtained through theoretical analysis.A numerical model was established by FLAC3D,and the stress distribution law of the isolated working face of the triangular coal pillar in this layer was analyzed.An anti-scouring method was proposed to regulate the main controlling factors of rock burst through roof pre-cracking.Finally,through the field engineering practice,the rock burst prevention and control technology based on roof pre-cracking was established and implemented,and the stress method and drill cuttings method verified that roof pre-cracking has a good effect on the prevention and control of rock burst under this condition.
