基于改进互相关法的采掘机震源超前探测技术与成像方法研究

摘要
煤矿井下随掘超前探测技术的发展,对于巷道的安全高效掘进有着十分重要的意义.在对比掘进机震源信号和传统震源信号的基础上,提出了基于改进的互相关函数处理方法,将连续震源勘探问题转化为单炮震源勘探问题,通过数值模拟和现场实验数据完成了对随掘地震超前探测数据的处理和研究.结果表明,基于改进的互相关函数处理方法能有效地将掘进机震源信号进行脉冲化,并在一定程度上完成巷道前方精细探测的目的,具备显著的现场可行性和应用价值.
Abstract
The development of advanced exploration technology in coal mine is great significance to the safe and efficient excavation of roadway.Based on the comparison of the source signal of the mining machine and the traditional source signal,an improved cross-correlation function processing method is proposed to transform the continuous source exploration problem into a single-shot source exploration problem.Through numerical simulation and field experimental data,the processing and research of the advanced detection data of the earthquake are completed.The results show that the improved cross-correlation function processing method can effectively pulse the source signal of the mining machine and complete the purpose of fine detection in front of the roadway to a certain extent,which has significant field feasibility and application value.
