Study on Combustion Characteristics of Oxidized Coal Based on Cone Calorimeter
In order to study the combustion characteristics of oxidized coal, the 1/3 coking coal of Zhujixi coal mine was taken as the research object. The coal samples were oxidized at different pre-oxidation temperatures(80℃,140℃,200℃)for 10 h.The main combustion characteristic parameters such as time to ignition, heat release rate and total heat release of coal samples were measured by cone calorimeter. The results show that with the increase of pre-oxidation temperature, the time to ignition ITT and CO gas change of coal samples decrease first and then increase, while the peak heat release rate PHRR,total heat release THR,CO2 gas and mass loss rate RML increase first and then decrease.Combined with the test data, the fire growth index GFI and fire performance index PFI are calculated, and the relationship between the fire risk degree of oxidized coal and raw coal is 140℃oxidized coal sample>80℃oxidized coal sample>raw coal>200℃oxidized coal sample.
