雾膜分布状态对湿式除尘器性能影响研究

针对雾膜状态对湿式除尘器除尘性能影响不明的问题,制备了 3 种粒度和成分不同的粉尘样品,搭建了除尘性能测试平台,研究雾膜分布状态的变化情况,和气液比、粉尘浓度、粉尘粒度对除尘性能的影响.结果表明:随着供水量的增加,除尘器进风口叶轮雾膜的分布范围将扩大,但雾化效果有所变差,导致除尘器的净化效果降低,当供水量达到 0.8 m3/h时,进风口叶轮形成的雾膜面积最大,湿式除尘器对煤尘、滑石粉的全尘净化效率分别达到 95.10%、89.75%和 88.43%的最优值.粉尘润湿性对除尘效率有较大影响,实验煤粉和滑石粉的平均接触角为 42.849°和55.636°,相近粒度范围的煤粉和滑石粉的平均净化效率分别为 94.39%和 88.54%,煤粉较滑石粉高5.85 个百分点.随粉尘浓度增大,该除尘器全尘和呼尘的净化效率体现出先增加后降低的趋势,煤尘最高达到 95.89%,滑石粉尘最高达到 89.43%.不同粒度的粉尘对除尘效率也有较大影响,实验所用 1 250 目和 3 000 目滑石粉D90 分别为 20.620 μm和 7.870 μm,粉尘浓度为100 mg/m3 时,除尘效率分别为 86.495%和 76.389%,1 250 目滑石粉较 3 000 目高 10.106 个百分点,当粉尘浓度高于 300 mg/m3,由于大量呼吸性粉尘在雾膜上发生团聚被相近粒度的液滴捕集,因此两类粉尘的除尘效率接近.
Study on Influence of Fog Film Distribution State on Performance of Wet Dust Collector
Aiming at the problem that the influence of fog film state on the dust removal performance of wet dust collector is unknown,three kinds of dust samples with different particle size and composition were prepared,and a dust removal performance test platform was built.The change of fog film distribution state and the influence of gas-liquid ratio,dust concentration and dust particle size on dust removal performance were studied.The results show that with the increase of water supply,the distribution range of the mist film in the inlet impeller of the dust collector will be expanded,but the atomization effect will be worse,which will lead to the decrease of the purification effect of the dust collector.When the water supply reaches 0.8 m3/h,the area of the mist film formed by the inlet impeller is the largest,and the total dust purification efficiency of the wet vortex dust collector for coal dust and talcum powder reaches 95.10%,89.75%and 88.43%,respectively.The wettability of the dust has a great influence on the dust removal efficiency.The average contact angles of the experimental pulverized coal and talcum powder are 42.849° and 55.636°.The average purification efficiency of pulverized coal and talcum powder in the similar particle size range is 94.39%and 88.54%,respectively.The pulverized coal is 5.85 percentages higher than the talcum powder.With the increase of dust concentration,the purification efficiency of total dust and respirable dust of the dust collector shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The highest coal dust reaches 95.89%,and the highest talcum dust reaches 89.43%.Dust with different particle sizes also has a great influence on the dust removal efficiency.The D90 of 1 250 mesh and 3 000 mesh talcum powder used in the experiment is 20.620 μm and 7.870 μm respectively.When the dust concentration is 100 mg/m3,the dust removal efficiency is 86.495%and 76.389%respectively.The dust removal efficiency of 1 250 mesh talcum powder is 10.106 percentages higher than that of 3 000 mesh.When the dust concentration is higher than 300 mg/m3,because a large number of respirable dust agglomerates on the fog film and is captured by droplets of similar particle size,the dust removal efficiency of the two types of dust is close.
