改进型止浆塞在上斜钻孔带压封堵地质异常区中的应用研究

摘要
为解决煤矿井下地质探查上斜钻孔带压封堵异常区时,漏浆、跑浆及加压管磨损破裂等问题,设计出带有锥形头、单向阀和内置导流管的改进型止浆塞,并在山西某矿进行了现场试验.试验对 7 个钻孔下入孔底止浆塞,均达到设计下入深度,平均下深 191 m,平均膨胀压力5.1 MPa,合格率100%,下入过程中未出现加压管磨损或断裂事故.对孔内有毒有害气体含量偏高的2#、6#、7#钻孔进行持续观测,发现在下入止浆塞后,孔口有毒有害气体含量均呈不同程度衰减趋势,其中H2S气体含量分别衰减 40%、33%、13%;CO气体含量分别衰减 20%、70%、25%;CH4 气体含量分别衰减0.3%、4.4%、10%.试验结果表明,改进型止浆塞结构设计合理,能够按要求下入指定孔深,且封堵效果良好,孔内有毒有害气体得到有效隔绝,保证了巷道掘进及采面回采安全高效进行.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of grout leakage,grout running and wear and rupture of pressurized pipe when plugging anomalous zones with pressure in the upslope drilling holes of underground geological exploration in coal mines,an improved groutplug with a conical head,a one-way valve and a built-in inflow pipe was designed and tested on site in a mine in Shanxi.The test of 7 drill holes into the bottom of the hole grout plug,all reached the design depth,the average depth of 191 m,the average expansion pressure of 5.1 MPa,the qualification rate of 100%,the lowering process did not appear in the pressurized pipe wear or fracture accidents.Continuous observation on boreholes No.2,No.6 and No.7 with high toxic and hazardous gas content found that the toxic and hazardous gas content of the boreholes showed different degrees of attenuation after the groutplug was lowered,of which the H2S gas content was attenuated by 40%,33%and 13%respectively;the CO gas content was attenuated by 20%,70%and 25%respectively;and the CH4 gas content was attenuated by 0.3%,4.4%and 10%respectively.The test results show that the improved grout plug structure is reasonably designed,can be required to go down into the specified hole depth,and the plugging effect is good,the hole of toxic and harmful gases have been effectively isolated,to ensure that the roadway digging and mining face back to the safe and efficient.
