摘要

煤矿安全、石油化工、储运、大气与环境监测、燃烧诊断、工业过程监测与控制等行业,都需要高灵敏度的实时在线多组分气体检测解决方案.在光学技术方面,可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱传感器具有灵敏度高、选择性好、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强等特点,已被证明是一种检测多组分气体的先进技术.在多组分气体的检测中,不可忽略的交叉干扰的存在、成本和性能要求成为许多检测方案设计中主要考虑的问题.介绍了单激光器用于检测多组分气体,旨在为各种应用下的多组分检测提供指导.

Abstract

Coal mine safety,petrochemicals,storage and transportation,atmospheric environment monitoring,combustion diagnosis,industrial process monitoring and control,and other industries all require high sensitivity real-time online multi-component gas detection solutions.In terms of optical technology,tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy sensors have the characteristics of high sensitivity,good selectivity,fast response speed,and strong anti-interference ability.They have been proven to be an advanced technology for detecting multi-component gases.In the detection of multi-component gases,the presence of cross interference,cost,and performance requirements that cannot be ignored have become the main considerations in many detection scheme designs.The single laser for multi-component gas detection is introduced in detail,aiming to provide ready-made guidance for multi-component detection in various applications.
